Privacy & website data practices
What this website does—and does not—do with a visit.
The website itself
InboxGrade.com is a static educational website. The supplied site code does not request mailbox access, create user accounts, submit forms, run analytics scripts, set tracking cookies, or use browser storage. Images and styles are served with the website rather than loaded from advertising or analytics networks.
The website does not analyze messages or produce personal spam scores. Example dashboards contain fictional information, not data retrieved from a visitor’s email account.
Ordinary website delivery
A hosting provider or network service may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time, to deliver and operate the website. Server-side logging and retention depend on the hosting arrangement; they cannot be determined solely from these static pages.
This page describes the site’s built-in behavior, not a promise that no infrastructure provider processes any connection information.
Email inquiries
Selecting the contact address opens your configured email application. Sending a message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s mail service, not a form on this website. The inquiry contains whatever information you choose to include. Keep passwords, recovery codes, and confidential message contents out of editorial inquiries.
Reference links
The guides link to outside documentation where it supports the topic. Opening a reference takes you to a separate website with its own practices. InboxGrade.com does not control those services or receive access to your accounts merely because you follow a reference link.
Changes to site features
Adding services such as analytics, embedded media, forms, or account connections would change the site behavior described here. This notice should reflect the features actually in use. The current published version is dated September 11, 2026.
Contact
For a question about this website’s described behavior, email [email protected]. For a request involving an external provider, use that provider’s appropriate contact route.
